The "Dreckspatz"- Team
Das Team Dreckspatz besteht aus 13 qualifizierten pädagogischen Fachkräften, sowie ergänzenden Kräften (bestehend aus einer Berufspraktikantin, einer PIA-Auszubildenen und einer weiteren Kraft). Zusätzlich wird das Team ergänzt durch zwei Küchenkräfte und einen Hausmeister.
Um die professionelle Arbeit zu gewährleisten, nehmen die Mitarbeiter*innen regelmäßig an Fort- und Weiterbildungen teil. Wir bewahren uns unsere klare Haltung und reflektieren uns in unserem pädagogischen Denken und Handeln.

Kita-Rabbits
The young and old Dreckspatzen look after our rabbits responsibly in their large rabbit villa. The children quickly learn that our rabbits are very trusting if they are treated well. This includes feeding the rabbits and cleaning their hutch.

Elterninitiative / Vorstand / Elternrat
We are a parents' initiative. ElterninitiativeThis means that we rely on the regular support of our parents.
Unser ehrenamtlicher Vorstand assumes the tasks of the sponsor and employer of Kita Dreckspatz. All parents become members of the "Kita Dreckspatz e.V." association when their child starts at the daycare center and can stand for election as a board member at the annual general meeting. Our regular board meetings are held in cooperation with the provider and are attended by both the daycare center management and team members.
Der Elternrat is elected at the beginning of the daycare year in accordance with our legal requirements. The parents' council is the point of contact for all parents, the staff and the daycare provider. The parents' council usually consists of two parents per group. The Parents' Council receives requests, suggestions and proposals from parents and brings them to the attention of the daycare center management and the provider. They form a "mouthpiece" for the entire parent body. In addition, the parents' council supports the daycare center team at celebrations and events.
Elternmitarbeit is always desired and necessary so that we can offer a high-quality education and care concept for our children. Parents work together with the daycare team in an educational partnership to achieve this goal together and create a child-friendly environment. We hold regular meetings with parents to guarantee a continuous exchange about the educational work.
